With our in-house engineered industrial PLC touch screen interfaces, we can provide high end control for your manure management systems. We are able to provide rich features such as mobile device monitoring, remote control, text messaging, and remote technical support.
Our control package is robust providing cutting edge technology, and the reliability of an industrial PLC. We build each panel in our own cETL certified Panel facility.

Design
- Utilizing CANOpen, Modbus, Ethercat, and Ethernet/IP allows remote log-in to a VFD for support, along with fast device replacement. In addition, the VFD parameters and diagnostics used to control the system are seamlessly integrated.
- A dedicated hand circuit that bypasses the PLC allows for manual operation in the event of a failure.
- Designed to be a distributed control system, each motor load control panel has its own PLC and can communicate to other controllers either on fiber, copper, or wireless networks depending on the application.
- Digital sensory protocols are utilized rather than scaling analog values. Benefits are synchronized digital flow meters and totalizer values along with remote log-in for support. Pressure transducers and laser sensors use the same technology.
- Designed with circuit breakers rather than fuses providing easier troubleshooting in the field.
Programming & Software
- Extensive libraries have been developed to provide a feature rich, simple to use control system. Standardized software allows for rapid development along with greater support for multiple users.
- Using a proven relationship with Verizon wireless creates a secure, dedicated network that not only allows better support, but gives an operator control of every aspect via mobile device.
- Utilizing a tiered access level HMI system provides operators access to limited items, expanded service technician options, management access to revise codes, and an unrestricted administrator level to change all parameters. Any item change is data logged with user name, time stamp, and value revisions.
